android songs deleted

android songs deleted

I am a premium user and have playlists dowloaded for offline use on my laptop and android device.  Recently, my android songs and playlists were all deleted and when I log back into my account on my phone, it prompts me to download premium as if I have not already.  I am stumped as how to change it.  Any advice?

Just stopping by to make some things clear;

  1. Are you already an premium member? (Do you have an Premium subscription)
  2. Are you talking about local files (like MP3 files), or songs you added/searched via Spotify?
  3. Are these things only missing in your Android device, or at all devices (desktop etc)?
  4. Are you sure you've logged in at the right account at your Android device?

logged out and logged back in. looks like i have 2 accounts now. oh well.

So, you have two accounts?

 

You may get in touch with Spotify so they can delete one account, and transfer playlists if needed.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
