another person use my Spotify

So sinne last week I've had some problems with music pausing and it says that another person uses my Spotify. No one else than me has access to my account. But I did sign out from every unit and I also changed my password twice but it still happening.

What should I do?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. Make sure you tell them you have already signed out all devices and already changed your password.

Are you using Spotify with 2 devices at the same time? Maybe using Spotify Connect or a Spotify enabled speaker like Sonos?

I listen to Spotify on my computer and phone but never at the same time. I don't use Spotify connect so I really don't know what the problem is...?
