My Question or Issue

The spotify app stopped working on my phone since yesterday when I want to play music the bar just stays at 0:00 and all of my downloaded songs are gone and if I want to download a song it just keeps saying "waiting to download" but if use my Pc my phone does work as a remote. I have reinstalled spotify and I have restarted my phone but nothing seems to work.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

Would you mind letting us know what operating system as well as Spotify version you've had this issues with?

 

In my case (iPhone Xr iOS 14.2, Spotify 8.5.83.1426), there are no issues as such so maybe your device or app need updating.
