app opens on my phone well listening on my PC

My phone app keeps opening its self and playing on its own. I have it running on PC, then it will open on my phone and play a different song and stop playing on my PC. Please fix this problem.

Not quite the same issue, but I was on a train listening on my PC via headphones when someone pointed out to me that my phone was playing too. Same song, but a couple of seconds behind. I put the phone into flight mode and back out again and it cured it.

Will see if it happens again.

Same issue here.

I'll be listening to Spotify on a PC, with my phone locked. Sometimes if I just touch the phone to wake it up it'll stop playing on the PC and start playing an entirely different song on the phone.

It's happened on both my work PC and home PC.

Any solution on this problem?  I listen through earphones at work from my PC, but my phone keeps blaring the songs out (instead of the earphones that I want).  Spotify app on my phone isn't even open - I have to navigate to it and open it so that I can pause and stop the music from the phone.

I've no idea why we have so many threads concerning the same issue but the main thread is here. One of the devs posted there today asking for information to help pin down the problem. Please head over there and post the information he requested. Hopefully this will be fixed soon with your help.
