When I open it on the phone I got the message: "ready to download". And now I also not able to play my local files on one of my old playlists. I am online, so could anyone please tell me what to do?

Please read the support topic here for assistance setting up local file sync: Listen to local files

Make sure that you are on the same WiFi network and Windows & third party firewalls are configured to allow the Spotify connection through.

Another point to note is that sometimes if a track is stored locally & is also available to stream then when you sync to your device it will automatically use the Spotify streaming version but the data from your playlist. If for some reason the metadata such as track length differs this can cause conflict and break the track. In this instance you are best off removing the local file from your playlist on the desktop and adding the track from the Spotify server then re-sync. This should fix this issue.

thank you for a fast answer. I have tried to do what you say, but I still
got the message: "waiting for download". I don't know what to do. I do have
the same wifi network. i have even now activatet the mobildata-tab and
bluetooth-tab but I have the same responce. The strange thing is about my
local files used to work before, but now it looks like my phone is not able
to download anything. Is there another buttom I haven't used, you recond???
Do you have any ideas, I have a samsung s3 (I know, it's old)? And what do
you mean re-sync? And how do I do that, please???

A few checks:

1. if you have a dual-band router make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4Ghz band and not the 5Ghz

2. Ensure Windows Firewall is set to allow all Spotify connections

3. Ensure the Windows network settings are set as 'Home' and not 'Public' (http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/6815-network-location-set-private-public-windows-10-a.html)

I have a wireless router. But where and how can I see and change from 2,4
ghz, 5 ghz. My new playlist is there with the songs I want there, but when
I push on them I got the message :"This song is not available." And for the
playlist it is: "waiting for download"

If you open up the WiFi section of your phone settings you should see if you're connected to a 5Ghz WiFi point as there will be 2 wifi AP's with one typically ending with 5G or something along those lines.
