Problem reading some songs

Hello, I am a premium user. There are some songs that I can't read on my android device. An exemple; the album of rap group "The Firm". Songs appear in grey and are impossible to listen to. Why is that?

Cannot create Playlist on android

For some reason, spotify will no longer allow me to create a Playlist. I've tried two different ways with no luck. It allows me to enter the Playlist name, click save/go bit then won't complete the process. I have to back out of it and it never saves...
