Can I move the SD Card to other device instead to start download?

I want to use the same SD Card that I have in my Note5 to my Android Car System instead to download again the same playlist? There´s a way that I can tell Spotify on the device to "read" the inserted SD Card?

Just got a premium account with new device one plus 3. I'm surprised I can't play many play list or songs, now in Belgium with Spanish account, it shouldn't be a problem but just want to mention. Anyone can help? Thank you
