No support for for Ford Sync Applink with Android?

Recently purchased a Galaxy S4. My old iphone worked great with applink. Ford says Android devices should work with Spotify, I am finding otherwise. Sooo... Applink works with iOS Spotify Applink does NOT work with Android Spotify ?

Downloaded play lists and folders

So it's great that we now have folders, but that is made totally useless by the fact that all the downloaded playlists come above them! Is there any way to hide the downloaded play lists? They come up under the folders section as well anyway!

Galaxy Note 3 Android - thinks I'm outside UK

Hi, Just changed to a Galaxy Note 3 and installed Spotify. The app thinks I'm outside the UK, but I'm not. Any idea why the app thinks this? My language setting on the phone is English too.
