Spotify shows no connection even though I have full WiFi signal

I'm using spotify premium from my Huawei device and even though it plays all the downloaded playlists fine, it keeps showing me offline saying there's no Internet connection. Whichever the IP is the problem remains. Updates haven't fixed it either.
