Autoplay not working

Superuser Contribution Non-Spotify songs skip when skipping through song.

I added multiple local files to spotify on my phone and it worked fine but now I have an issue where if I try to skip to anywhere in a non-spotify track it will skip to the end of the track and play the next one.
