Theres a bug on my spotify. The filter is gone on my playlist section.

Yes, I have this problem as well. Not sure yet how widespread the issue is, but the only way I've found to make it appear is to toggle the "Show only offlined content" option from one of the other tabs (songs, albums, artists), then go back to playlists.
