can not log in

help me i have made my account online on my laptop and it is working perfectly, but when i try to use the same account on my android phone it says either my password and or acc is incorrect?

anyone else ever have this problem and knows how to fix this

Have you tried restarting your phone and trying to login again?

Have you tried logging in on both Wifi and Mobile Data? Sometimes that's an issue.

Let us know if either of those work!
