can't log in spotify on my new phone

My Question or Issue

I can't log in to Spotify on my new phone. It works when logging in with my parent's devices and friends. It also cleared all cache and had also uninstall and reinstall the app too

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting tried so far.

Could you share the exact error message you're receiving? Just to make sure, have you tried logging in on the new phone with a different account or with your account on a different phone?

I'm trying toog in with same account on different phone.

The first picture is on my mom's phone and it can log in easily. The other
one is o my phone and the error message.

Unfortunately, the pictures you're mentioning were not attached to your message. Would you mind trying again making sure that the picture is in a common format, such as JPG or PNG?.

Also, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
