cant access downloaded songs after reopening app

when i am in offline mode or dont have internet access and i close and reopen the app so that it loads again all my downloaded songs are grayed out and i cant play them help i tried every single solution on this board like a clean reset or messing with my phone settings it still dosent work what is this it was fine i had no problems until one day the issue just came up and its been like that ever since

Sorry to see this has been happening to you but thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've shared with us! This does narrow down the possible causes for the observed behaviour.
As we don't have access to your accounts from the Community, would you mind getting in touch with our support folks? Ask them to check your cached data on Spotify's end, it seems to me that it is at fault here 🙂
