cant log in. my username and password are correct

i already tried to uninstall and install the app, and restart my phone several times but every time i got a message that tells me an error was produced

Just to confirm, do you have Premium or are you using the free service? Also, would you mind checking if you're able to log in to your Account page?

We'd also like to know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one. Also, does this happen while connected to a different network as well?
