downloads dissapear and must redownload daily

Hey every song ive downloaded has gone back to gray and have had to re download the entire content 3 days in a row. Im still signed in but cant play offline. I am a premium subscriber.

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂

Thank you but i dont think i should have to re download all of my files with a service that costs as much as this one does. They money is there to have a credible and consistent site.
