extreme quality streaming..but not on nexus 10 tablet

I have a premium account and get extreme quality streaming on my Samsung S3 phone but only high quality can be enabled on my nexus 10 tablet.. Why is this?

This is a recent bug and there's some discussion on whether this is just a display bug or whether it actually affects quality. Full details plus the fix in the bug topic. Please add your details there and I'll lock this thread.
