galaxy watch - Spotifyapp not working unless I've downloaded the the contet

Normally I can listen to anything on Spotify if my phone is near my watch, meaning I can control what I'm listening too on my watch. Now this isn't working, Spotify appears to freeze in the mobile app if I try to do this. Spotify app does work if I download the content to my watch however.

Can you reinstall the app on the watch to see if it makes any difference?

We also recommend that you doublecheck so there's no pending OS updates.
