glicking when playing a song then won't play

I have a 30 free member ship and will start paying next month why when I'm at work and try to play it will play like three or four songs just fine then glitch and then not play I have to pulse it wait a 1/2 hour just to hear two or three more song to do all over again.. when I'm at home plays fine but my WiFi is on then. And I have seen it still using data when I'm at work.. I did take battery out and wait then put back in still doing same thing. Can anyone help. I'm not going to pay for service I can't listen to..
