how do I add downloaded music to a playlist?

I tried to do what spotify said on their website, but it's not working. I'm on the same wifi network and everything. What do I do?

Are you trying to download lozal files from your PC? What message shows on your android when you try to sync the playlist - it normally shows something like "downloading x of y" or "waiting to download".
