i just got a problem in upgrade to premium

i just activate my SPOTIFY acount to premium by redeem a giftcard

but in my SPOTIFY player is still showing that Im a free user (whatever on my PC or my Android phone)

YES i have tried this step before,and i also got a receipt in my email

but it still dont work

something happen which is very weird

i change my password in spotify website,but when i log out my spotify(the clients),and login,it is still using the old password

but when i use the website to login, i need to use the new password

it seems the clients is not up to date to the server?

What username is shown on your receipt?

The username shown on the receipt is kingsley54,as same as what used to login to the SPOTIFY clients
