ipad stopped syncing Spotify music. Says it is waiting to download but never does.

I have had Spotify for several years and never had a problem. However, my iPad with ios 11.1.2 will not sync Spotify music. I can play music on my iPad when connected to WiFi. Spotify on the iPad say it is waiting to download but for the past three days I have not been able to actually download any music.

My computer has Windows 10 Pro - version 1703. Spotify on my computer is upto date with all music downloaded and it plays fine off line.

I also have an iPod and all music is syniced and plays fine off line.

Can anyone help?

Simple solution in my case. ust restart the iPad and all is wwell.
