I have a kindle fire and downloaded spotify and it works, sort of. It will only play shuffled songs, and it shows all my playlists, but I click on the songs and they don't work. What do I do?

Do you have Premium or are you using free?
There does appear to be issues getting the tablet version to work on some Kindle's for some reason:

I am using the free version. Like I said, it plays shuffled songs, but when I click on individual songs, it doesn't work.
