lieder werden bei Benutzung der App ständig herunter geladen

Hallo,
1. Problem, starte ich die App fängt diese sofort an Titel herunter zu laden und es dauert ewig bis dieser Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.
2. Problem, sobald ich Kopfhörer benutze (Bluetooth oder Kabel) kommen ständig Unterbrechungen bei den Titeln. Beim Autoradio was auch per Bluetooth mit dem Handy (Galaxy S20) verbunden ist aber nicht
Kann vielleicht irgendwer helfen?

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Could you let us know what titles are being downloaded? Are they from a specific playlist or maybe your liked songs?
There is a download button in close proximity to the Play button. If selected, Spotify will try to download the specific album and all of its newly included titles.
The constant download may be also be causing the connectivity issues but, just in case, you may try performing a complete clean reinstall to see if that makes any difference.
