locked in offline mode

locked in offline mode

Hey
So I started the free seven day trial yesterday but it won't let me do anything just keeps me in offline mode. Can't even listen to music. Please help.

Strange, does a re-install make any difference?

I have a similar issue, I get the message that I'm off line whenever I'm not connected to a wifi. It started a few weeks ago and the problem comes and goes. I check my connection every time and it's not an isp related issue.

 

Do you get the same issue on mobile network too?

Nope

That does point to a connectivity issue on your network. Does your router have a firewall? It's also worth making sure uPnP is enabled.
