music on my androide gets paused

since the last update of spotify the music on my cell phone get paused with no aparent reason. I triend to uninstal and re instal the app, restarted the cell phone and nothing works. Please help!

No idea I have that problem since the last update of the app, I've tried reinstalling the app, restart the phone, without success! I know don't know what to do but I'm waiting for the update of the app or of my phone's system to see what happens.

Okok its sooo annoying, i tried loggoing out from all devices from spotifys website, changed password and changed to lower sound quality. Its accually a little bit better now, not as many breaks but still bad! What kind of phone do u have? Im using huawei Honor 8.....Peace

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 edge, I don't know if somehow the new version of the app it's not compatible with my phone's software cause it only happens on my cellphone not on my laptop

A possible reason for randomly pausing your song is that you move your device grom landscape position to portret or from portret to landscape. Another reason could be a weak internet connection or another application that creates a sound just like YouTube.

Haven't figure it out yet! I hope that the new version of the app or of my phone's come out soon to c if it works! If you fix the problem could u please let me know ?
