music quality offline mode

Hi I switch to premium so I can download and still enjoy music while offline. my problem is music quality is really not good. I even change the quality to extreme. the audio volume goes down and sometimes stutter, you guys have any solution or someone experience this also? Need help. Im thinking of cancelling my subscription. any help is appreciated

Could you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using? Also, is your SD configured as internal or external storage?

If you've changed the download quality after downloading your tracks, this change might not be reflected unless you download them once again. If this is the case, it is recommended to reinstall the app on your device. After reinstalling it, make sure to change the download quality to "Extreme", before starting syncing your offline music.
