my spotify playlists have disappeared

my spotify account asked me to log back in last week and i couldnt remeber the username so telecom told me and i logged back in to find no playlists?

Sounds like you might have 2 Spotify accounts (one's on Free, the other's on Premium)

It'll be helpful to backtrack on your receipts (check your inbox or spam folders) to double-check which account is paying for Premium (it's either you need to enter a username or use the Log in with Facebook button on the app)
