new phone HTC One X says downloaded offline playlists but can not see or play tracks

I have upgraded my phone to HTC One X from HTC Desire. In talled Spotify app and synced offline play lists.

But though it says they have been downloaded they don't seem to be available. I can't see the tracks...

Please advise.

So you have a HTC One X with a 4.x Android OS

You installed the newest Spotify from Google Play Store?

You have a valid Premium Subscription on your Spotify account (hence have access to Premium features like Offline Playlists),?

You had your device connected to a Wifi / 3G / 4G network?
You can stream online?

Did you push the "Download" button on the playlist to have it offline, and then possibly tried to set the app to offline mode?
