new phone and my playlists did not transfer

new phone and my playlists did not transfer

playlist did not transfer to my new phone and says i do not have premium,  I went to my account on my decktop and it says i do have premium but cannot get it on my phone and all my music is gone. i now have a samsung galaxy S8

Sounds like you created a new empty account. Log out then back in using the correct credentials. If your desktop client shows your facebook name and picture, use the "log in with facebook" option. Otherwise log in with your spotify user name.
