no playback possible on my new phone

Device: moto z2 force

Operating System: Android Oreo

After loggin in, no last played songs are displyed.

Performing a search leads to an infinite loading circle.

The same happens if you start to play a playlist.

What I have already done:

- complete wipped out the application and reinstalled it

- rebooted the device

- checked the internet connection

- used another account, with same result

- checked the permissions

So I have no more ideas, what else I could do.

Any help appreciated.

Problem solved.

Root cause: Bad Firmware
