Description
Spotify says there is no SD card storage space yet there is lots. There is also storage space on my phone.
What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?
(We need to know what you are doing so we can do the exact same to try and get the same error)
1. Opened spotify on phone
2. Logged in
3. Downloaded Offline Playlists
4.Error message came up about blank SD card or no storage and it is not possible to use spotify as everything is white
What I expected to happen
I expect spotify to be able to save to sd card as there is space. Furthermore I expect if this is not possible that at the very least spotify woul still function in other respects

Could you try uninstalling spotify, remove the SD card, install spotify but don't launch it, reinsert the SD card then launch spotify.
Is the SD card a major brand?
If you still can't get spotify to work with the external SD card after performing the steps above, you still have issues, try the steps in this post.
I am getting this too on my Sprint Galaxy S4. Running the stock Kit Kat firmware.
It says i have 16gb and its all full when i try to load local files through the desktop spotify app. But my sd card that is 16gb has over 4gb free on it. This doesnt make any sense..
its like its tallying up the used space on the internal and external storage and applying it to only 1 storage device. This really needs to be fixed so i can play all those songs that you refuse to get in your catalog...
Im not about to reformat that much data. It clearly doesnt work from what i have seen in all these posts. this is a bug with the app and not an issue with the sd card brand or formatting (which makes NO SENSE AT ALL TO EVEN ASK)
I just replied to your other post @SonicDM .
