not recieving what I pay for

about a day or two I purchase the promotion of 3 months for .99 . I was excited to listen to music without adds, but when I when to see if my account was active to the promotion everything was still the same . I cant listen to the music I choose . the point here is that without noticing I clicked on payment twice which cause for me to get double charge. the issue is that I pay and I cant choose nor listen to music .  😞
