not working offline

upgraded to premium 3 hrs ago so i could listen to playlists i have in offline mode ,not needing wi-fi or wireless ,as soon as i left my house the music started to cut out ,then come bk on cut out then come bk ,so i came home poarked on my drive ,and yes ,,,u got it playlist played ok ,cos i was 3 yards from my internet ,,,if this means my playlists are not able to b listened to wherever i go ill be canceklling payment b4 days out,,,,or am i doing something wrong

and why has spotify no phone number for help ,messages here and emails are too slow as u need to wait till someone reads this then replies ,,,could be a week,,,,,,,,phone is instant you useless lot

Did you mark your playlists for offline mode and give them time to download like outlined here?
