playing music at will on mobile devices

playing music at will on mobile devices

I have friends that can just pick songs on their mobile devices without a subscription. I think that's kind of bogus. All I am able to do is press the shuffle play button to play music. What's this about? Is it possibly because they have different devices? I have a gs4, while 1 of my friends has an iphone 6, and the other an hp tablet.

Hello @ashree00 and welcome to the community!

This can't be possible. As you said you need a premium account to listen to music on mobile devices withouth shuffling. Are you sure those friends are not on a premium trial at the moment? There are options to get a 7 or 30 day trial and it's as far as I know the only way to get access to this features without paying for the service. But I wouldn't put my shirt on my assumptions, could be that they've found a backdoor or something..

On the tablet this is possible. Free version offers this ability but will throw adverts in. For the other mobile device as carina had suggested... Theyre either on trial or have worked around this.
