playlist wont download

My playlist wont download so I can listen offline. Its says I dont have enough device storage but my phone says I have 18 gb available. I have galaxy note 3. Please help

Hi, 

Do you have a separate memory card installed?

Spotify only saves it's songs onto the main storage of your phone, 

Try moving some of your other files (e.g. photos) to your memory card
