My Question or Issue

Spotofy won't play more than 1 second of every song. I have tried a clean install according to the guide here on the forum, didn't help. I have also tried from my PC and same issue there. I checked my subscription status and I am subscribed. I have logged out from all devicec, update my password. nothing helps. Other family members' accounts work normally.

The troubleshooting steps you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

In case you're using an SD card, you can try removing it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD card. Sometimes the SD card can lead to issues with the cache.

We'd suggest you also try running the app on the PC in Safe mode to check if that changes anything.

If the issue persists, it's also a good idea to try with another account. Are there any changes?
