purchased premium subscription on lg lucid, songs still greyed out

purchased premium subscription on lg lucid, songs still greyed out

I downloaded fhe app for the free 48 hours. then I purchased the premium subscription. I have logged in and out of both Facebook login and the spotify login. I have signed out, shut down, turned on, and logged back in. I have .o idea what has happened, I can't even search songs, they are unavailable. any help would be appreciated.

Hi there.

Yours is the third thread with this issue in the last couple of hours. I think there may be an issue with the Spotify servers so give it a couple of hours or overnight and hopefully they'll fix whatever issue they have and you'll be fine
