"Add to Queue" option removed for Mobile Android App

"Add to Queue" option removed for Mobile Android App

Plan: Free

Country: United Kingdom

Device: Samsung Galaxy A5

Hi there,

I have an issue where the Queue or Add to Queue feature no longer appears on my app.

When I go to a song on my playlist, there used to be "Add to queue" on the menu that came up when I clicked on the three dots alongside the song. That option has vanished (See image).

- Swiping the song itself no longer does anything (it used to add it to the queue).

- When I click on the song currently playing, there is no option to remove queue or clear queue. It's as if the entire queue and its options has been removed from the app.

If I want to play a specific song, there is nothing I can do. This is one of the few reasons I use Spotify, and it's now gone.

I can't search each song up individually, because there's that expanded playlist feature that plays other songs before the one you picked.

Attempted solutions:

- Logged out, logged back in.

- Restarted device

- Clean uninstall, restart, clean install

- Cannot clear the Queue as the option for that is gone too.

Can anyone provide any advice? I do hope this isn't becoming a Premium only feature, that would be seriously poor form from Spotify.

Thank you friends.

Queueing is a Premium feature. If you had access to it in the past, it might have been due to Spotify testing and changing features.
