"All Songs" list will not load

I've been having this problem for years now and consistently haven't been able to find an answer. I'm connected to my strong home internet connection, the latest v of the app is installed on my tablet, nothing else is running, and I have premium. The number one thing I do on spotify is shuffle my saved songs list, but 80% of the time it will not load and I'm left with an endless spinning wheel. 20% of the time it loads immediately and there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason for the differences. What the **bleep** is going on? I've not seen this error for anyone else in the forums.
