"Extreme" setting is completely gone?

My Question or Issue

 So, it seems as though "Extreme" mode for both streaming and downloading is gone. From what I know, the removal of "Extreme" from streaming has been rolled out in favor of "Very High" and there was no noticable difference in quality. However, I've yet to see anywhere that "Extreme" was or should have been removed from download options. Is it the same story as the streaming where it's just a simple word change or did something big happen? Please help me figure this out.

Spotify has done this change for a more streamlined user experience.

Yes you are correct! They are just the same things. No difference in quality.

It's just a word change so it will be the same soon everywhere 🙂
