"Song is not available" for every sing

Recently when I play a song on Spotify on my galaxy s7 the song will pause on its own multiple times before the song ends. When I open the app and hit play it will resume but will pause again after 30sec-1min. I also need to open the app in order for the following song to start playing. I reset my phone and the problem persisted. Now every song, saved or unsaved, will not play showing the error "song is not available". I've used spotify for over a year with no problem, why is this suddenly such a problem? Similar problems occur on other music apps like SoundCloud and Google play.

• Double-check the following android settings.
  
  Wifi/More/keep wifi on during sleep - set to always
  Battery - Power saving modes off
  Battery/App power saving/details - make sure Spotify is not listed. If it is, select and disable
