removing all downloads

removing all downloads

this is just a bug report i guess

i am only using spotify on my computer and on my phone
i downloaded my music only to my phone and since i want it in extreme quality and my wifi isnt the best it took several days to download the 3000 songs
now after switching to another wifi network and then back to my original home wifi i got the message "you can only download to three devices. we will remove all your downloads"
or something similar
i only ever download to my phone
i only use a computer in addition to my phone so there are only two devices
this is so annoying as i could now just start the download again with no problems
now it will just take five days again
thanks for wasting time (Y)

great app anyways

Hello @Lifeloverr, thanks for posting!

As far as I read you've started the new download without problems, but just to be sure check your Offline Devices page. In rare situations for some users, it's possible there to be a duplicate of one of the devices you're using for offline listening.

If you spot a duplicate, you can remove it, to prevent this from happening again.

Note that if you remove a device, you'll have to sync your music again.
