some titles are not available in the offline mode

Hi,

Since I've bought spotify premium I have a problem with the offline mode on my mobile device (Sony Z3). If I download a playlist and use the offline mode, a few days later some titles aren't available offline anymore. So I have to disable the offline mode the get them back. What can I do ? I have already tried to fix it with the steps recommended by the spotify support web page ( install the latest version, install it again ...)

It would be great if someone could help me.

Is it always the same titles? Have you tried a clean install following the guide linked in my signature?

Thanks for your fast answer. It isn't always the same title which is not available it's just a random title from one of my playlists. Unfortunately I have already tried your guide to fix it including removing all offline devices without any success.
