songs in web player pause at 10s

My Question or Issue

So it's been a while, but maybe there's some simple solution. Or maybe it's cause I'm on free plan?

Every time I listen to Spotify through web page open.spotify.com (no apps or anything), every song would start playing, then stop for a moment around 10s mark and play rest with no issues. It's surprisingly annoying, since it happens every time with each song. Is there a fix for that? It's not like I can update web version of your page. And it's been a while of Spotify acting like that, across different browsers and different updates to said browsers.

Could you let us know if the issue persists when using a private or incognito browser? Sometimes data stored on your browser can lead to behavior like the one you're describing and this is a simple way do avoid it. If that does the trick, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies.

It's also a good idea to check if the same issue comes up with a different internet network. Perhaps a mobile hotspot could be a convenient way to test this out?  If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.
