My Question or Issue

Songs stop playing after 7-12 seconds. Even downloaded ones. Totally annoying and sadly not the only problem I've had with spotify over the years. Problem began yesterday.

Thank you for posting this to the Community!

To start, let us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

Also, if you use a SD card in your phone, could you try removing it and seeing how the app works? 

Lastly, can you confirm if this issue is happening only on your phone, or across other devices as well?
