spotifuggle telling me I don't have a premium account?

spotifuggle telling me I don't have a premium account?

With the new update, I can no longer skip more than 5 songs at a time or have anything available offline because a message pops up saying that I need a premium account to do so. I have one?

Hi. Did you log in with facebook or a spotify username? What does it say under subscription status on this page and is the username shown there a 10 digit number or a username?

I'm guessing you're on Android, so here are a couple of things you can try and do:

 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the application.

2. Log in and out of the application.

 

I know it sounds simple, but it might work. Also what version are you in? You can try and also contact Spotify directly (I think) about problems like these, instead of posting it on the community forum.
