spotify app automatically starts at the same time

Solved!

spotify app automatically starts at the same time

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my android app on Samsung S20+

Everyday, at the same time, spotify starts to play the same playlist.... even if the phone  is blocked and I'm not using it.

Other devices where spotify is configured (pc and google mini) are not in use whenn this happen...

It seems sheduled somewhere but I didn't find it.

Anyone had the same issue and can hel help me to find a solution?

Thank you very much for you help,

Alessandro

Hey hey @bluesman75!

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

We'd recommend following the steps here to perform a clean reinstall of the app that should help if you have any cached info that might be causing this.

It's also a good idea to follow the step here to log out everywhere.

Last but not least, you could log in on your Account page and go to ''Apps'' in the menu on the left side. There you can check if there are any third party apps listed that you don't recognize and make sure to "Remove Access" for those.

Keep us posted on how it goes!
