spotify deletes my downloaded songs

Premium üyesiyim. Spotify kendi kendine hesabımdan çıkıyor ve tekrar hesabıma girdiğimde indirmiş olduğum şarkılarım indirilmemiş olarak kütüphanemde duruyor. Bu birkaç kez oldu ve hala düzelmedi. Yardım edebilirseniz çok mutlu olurum, teşekkürler.

You can also follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offlines tracks again.
