stops once I open the app

when I open the app it says "spotify has stopped." I have uninstalled & installed the app but it does the same thing. I'm not sure what else to do?

When reinstalling Spotify, did you follow the steps from this topic, to reinstall Spotify properly?

If not, please follow the steps and try again to reinstall Spotify.
